Return and Inspection Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your space should feel perfect, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all our orders. If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Immediate Inspection
Upon receiving your purchase, please inspect it right away. Should there be any issues with your order, contact Strenk Supply Co. at hello@strenksupply.com within three (3) days of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals and Strenk Supply Co. tags.
Please Note:
You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.
Refunds for credit card orders will be credited back to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Handling Fragile Items
Items such as lighting can be particularly vulnerable to damage during shipping. We ensure careful packing to protect your purchase, but please keep all original packing materials, receipts, and merchandise tags if you intend to return an item. Additional packing materials may be needed if the original packaging is damaged during transit.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or special-ordered items.
Lost Returns
Strenk Supply Co. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend obtaining a postage receipt with a tracking number to serve as proof of shipment.
Reporting Defects
If you find any defects in items supplied by Strenk Supply Co., you must report them within 24 months of discovering the issue. Clearly specify and, if requested, demonstrate the nature of the defect. Contact us at hello@strenksupply.com to report any defects or errors.
